  • Support to implementation or choice (coaching or execution mode):

  • Analysis and determination of traceability needs depending on products, industries, activities, markets (actual or projected) and legislation in force

  • Traceability planning
  • Analysis and determination of needs for support and traceability tools (equipment, software, etc.)
  • Support for technological options
  • Implementation of traceability
  • Costs, investment and profitability
  • Procedures and processes (ISO, HACCP, customs, etc. including recalls)

  • Links between HACCP (or ISO 22000 and ISO 9001) and traceability

  • Realization of compliance and traceability audits (coaching or execution mode), according to products, industries, activities and legislation:

  • Import into Canada

  • Export to the United States
  • Export to other countries
  • Existing traceability system(s)
  • Procedures and processes (ISO, HACCP, customs, etc.)

  • Staff training sessions (individual or multi firm)
  • Other relevant activities

  • Why speak about and apply the principles of traceability?

    Why install traceability systems?

All levels of government authority impose their requirements, importing countries as well. In addition, within the context of globalization where the productivity and competitiveness of companies are more than ever the “deciding factors”, traceability and the management of supply chain and logistics take on a capital importance for companies.

Globalization, the transportation of goods, security, customs requirements (origin, admissibility to programs such as NAFTA, record keeping, etc.) all contribute to making traceability an issue beyond the food sector and impact all industries: pharmaceutical, cosmetics, textiles, cars, aerospace, etc. In short, everything is traceable!

    • A “must” for all sectors

    • Profitable, a value-added, part of an integrated approach that “pays”

    • A management model with numerous benefits for the company
